RESERVATIONS:
Weekly reservations can be made with a nonrefundable deposit payable
by check. The balance is due 15 days prior to arrival payable by check. If a reservation is made less than
15 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be due the day the reservation is made. To make a reservation call
one of the numbers below. To see if the cabin is available
for rent or if it is booked for a certain date, please visit the reservations page.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Minimum of $300 on weekend stays and $500 on
weekly stays. Security deposit is due 15 days prior to date of
reservation. Check will be deposited/cashed to ensure that
funds are available. Once unit is inspected after your
departure, a check will be mailed to your address on file for the
security deposit refund as long as no damages were found. If
damages are assessed, you will receive a phone call and a written
security deposit disposition statement listing damages and costs of
repairs. We strive to get to the unit and inspect it the week
following your departure - but sometimes schedules necessitate a
longer period. Rest assured that if you treat our cabin with
pride and respect - you will have no issues with receiving a full
security deposit in return. Any cabin items lost, stolen or damaged will also
be charged to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
15 days prior to date of reservation: 75% refund or full credit toward another date.

14 days prior to date of reservation: No refunds or credits, unless we can re-book the dates you had reserved. If we are able to re-book the dates we will give a 75%
refund or full credit toward another date.
PET POLICY - It is OK if you bring your
extended family member to our cabins. We do however
require you to clean up after your pet and ensure that they have
not damaged anything or left any "presents" behind for us. A
minimum of a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged if
damage or "pet presents" are found on the premises.
